What is Novahub?
Novahub is a cloud real estate CRM for brokerages and real estate companies. It manages leads, projects and units, resale and broker inventory, tours, deals, commissions, property management and reports in one place, in Arabic and English.
Does Novahub work in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen is available in Arabic and English, and the Arabic version is fully right-to-left. Each user picks their own language, and Novahub AI answers in the language you write or speak in.
Can Novahub connect to Property Finder?
Yes. Your company admin connects your own Property Finder Enterprise account. Your team can then publish listings, sync leads and follow your credit balance from Novahub.
Is our data kept separate from other companies?
Yes. Every record belongs to one company, and the database itself blocks access from any other company. Inside your company, roles and permissions decide who sees what.
Can we import our existing leads?
Yes. Import leads from an Excel file. Phone numbers that already exist in your company are skipped, whatever their format, so you don’t create duplicates.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Novahub runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones, so there is nothing to install or maintain.

Novahub AI
What can Novahub AI do?
It reviews a lead (summary, hot, warm or cold score, next step and a WhatsApp message), ranks who to call first today, suggests matching units, writes an AI sales report and answers questions about using Novahub.
Can Novahub AI see other companies’ data?
No. It works only with your company’s data, and only with what the signed-in user is allowed to see. Phone numbers and emails are never sent to it.
Does Novahub AI understand Arabic?
Yes. Type or send a voice message in Arabic or English, and it replies in the same language.
Property management
Can Novahub manage rental properties?
Yes. Property management covers managed properties, owners, tenants, leases, rent collection, maintenance and owner statements.
Is property management a separate system?
No. It is part of Novahub, so your team uses the same sign-in, permissions and language as for sales.
